1. Scope of Services

The Digital Angels will provide community management services for one Facebook Group owned or managed by the Client for a period of three months. Services include:

  • Approving and welcoming new members

  • Daily moderation and comment monitoring

  • Enforcing group rules and reporting any concerns

  • Creating and scheduling engaging posts each week

  • Designing custom-branded graphics (up to 'depends on package' per month)

  • Running regular engagement features (e.g. polls, prompts, shoutouts)

  • Monthly group insights report and strategy adjustment

  • Customisations or additional services (e.g. live event support, additional graphics, or extra posting) can be agreed at an additional fee.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to the Facebook Group with appropriate admin or moderator permissions

  • Supply any necessary brand assets (logos, fonts, guidelines) and business information

  • Approve content or graphics where requested, within 48 hours

  • Communicate clearly and respond to queries in a reasonable timeframe

3. Payment Terms

  • The total service fee is (depends on package)

  • Payment must be made in full upfront each month

  • Payments are accepted via [insert method: e.g. bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal]

  • Late payments may result in delayed services or additional fees

4. Revisions & Changes

  • Up to 3 revisions are included per graphic or content piece

  • Additional revisions or major content scope changes may be subject to additional fees

  • Significant changes in group structure, tone, or audience should be communicated in writing

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • This is a 3-month contract and early termination by the Client will not result in a refund

  • If the Client chooses to cancel before the end of the term, payment for the remaining months will still be due unless otherwise agreed

  • If The Digital Angels is unable to fulfil the agreement due to illness, emergency, or other valid reason, a pro-rata refund or rescheduling will be offered

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, data, login details, or personal information shared during the working relationship.

7. Liability

The Digital Angels will take all reasonable care in managing and representing your Facebook Group, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement numbers, sales, or member growth. The Client remains legally responsible for the group and its content.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content and graphics created during the contract remain the property of the Client upon full payment. The Digital Angels retains the right to showcase anonymised or branded work for portfolio purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Communication & Support

Regular communication will be conducted via [insert method: e.g. email, WhatsApp, Slack]. Office hours are [insert hours/days]. Any urgent issues outside of these hours may incur an additional fee unless otherwise agreed.

10. Agreement

By paying the invoice or signing this agreement, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. A formal signed contract can be provided upon request.
